I guess it's a bit obvious that nothing earth shattering happened at yesterday's weigh-in ... I regained 0.8 pounds ... sort of. That was before I worked out; I stepped on the scale again after I was done and the re-gain was only 0.4 pounds. Guess, I'll just have to work extra hard this week to get rid of this again and then some.
Needless to say: no pictures of the re-gain :-)
