... that's right ... nearly TEN pounds off already! and I CAN feel the difference even though you can't really see it in the pictures too well.
I probably won't win this week's weigh-in, but that is O-KAY. I'd much rather loose the weight at a slow and steady pace instead of starving and depriving myself and then falling back into the old (BAD) habits. I am eating (lots, it seems) right and even have candy when I get a chocolate craving. So, for now, until I might hit a plateau, I'm doing fine. And when the plateau hits I will adjust the food and workout to get past it and become
